Lori
Chief Operating Officer
Lori loves the interaction with great patients, staff and the companies that work with Apex. Lori has been with Apex since 2008. Prior, she has over 18 years in business management, as well as work in the Orthodontic field as a Financial Manager. Lori was born in and loves the state of Utah. She is married, a mother of 5 and grandmother of 4, and enjoys her family and the outdoors.
Tracie
Chief Financial Coordinator
Tracie is a Utah native who has worked in the dental industry for over 12 years. She has become an expert at working with dental insurances to assure patients get the most out of their benefits. She has been with Apex Dental for 2 years and when Tracie is not at the office she enjoys vacationing with her fiancé and spending time with her family.
Taylor
Director of Customer Relations
At Apex, Taylor focuses almost all of his time and energy to ensure that you receive the finest treatment possible. He values his friendships with the doctors, staff, and patients who make up the Apex family. In addition to communicating directly with patients, Taylor assists in promoting the Apex brand through tradeshows, advertising, and marketing. Taylor graduated in 2010 from Brigham Young University—Idaho with a B.S. in Communication and married the love of his life just a short month after. Together they moved to Utah in 2011 and expect to remain here during foreseeable future.
JaLee
Financial Coordinator (West Jordan)
JaLee has eight years of front office experience. She is skilled at making patients feel comfortable and helping them to understand their dental needs. She loves seeing the difference a healthy smile makes in the lives of our patients. She is the mother of six children and has 2 grandchildren and is pleased to help all of our patients with their financing needs.
Jill
Scheduling Coordinator (West Jordan)
Jill has worked as a Scheduling Coordinator and Dental Assistant since 2008. She recently graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in communication. Jill is excited to help our patients with all of their scheduling needs and loves being a part of the Apex Team.
Shawna
Hygienist (West Jordan)
Shawna grew up in Powhatan, Virginia. She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts and Family Life from Southern Virginia University, and continued on to receive her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. She has since married her best friend Brian and found a wonderful place here at Apex. Shawna loves working with teeth and most of all getting to know and helping all of her great patients.
McCall
Hygienist (Riverton)
McCall has been a big fan of teeth for a long time. Her passions for the dental field began working as a dental assistant for a few years. A short time after, she became an instructor at Bridgerland Applied Technology College in their high school Dental Assisting department. McCall then ventured out of Utah to attend school in southern Texas to fulfill her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. She enjoys meeting people and working on teeth, so she loves it at Apex where she gets to do both!
Julie
Assistant
Julie is a Utah native and has been with our Apex team since 2005. She graduated from Riverton High School and then attended Eagle Gate College where she graduated from the Dental Assisting Program with highest honors in 2006. She is a wife and mother of one and is a great asset to our team.
Krista
Assistant
Krista began her dental assisting career in 2006 when she graduated from the Academy of Dental Careers. She obtained her associates from Salt Lake Community College in 2007 and since then has been pursuing her dream of working in the dental field. She is married to her husband, Ben, and loves seeing the changes that dentistry can bring to her patients lives.
Nicole S.
Assistant
Nicole has been a dental assistant for 4 years and 3 of them have been with Apex Dental. She attended school at Utah Institute of Dental Assisting and loves being a dental assistant. Nicole really likes getting to know her patients and helping them to feel comfortable at the dentist. Her favorite procedure is assisting with sedation. In her spare time she enjoys spending time camping and hiking with her best friend Orion and her black lab Max. She also likes to spend time with her family and watch movies.

Nicole started her career as a Dental Assistant in 2005 after receiving her diploma from Granger High School. She loves the satisfaction of helping her patients get the healthiest mouth possible. Nicole is also the OSHA coordinator for Apex and makes sure that we all ensure the safety of each of our patients.
Natalie
Scheduling Coordinator (Riverton)
Natalie grew up moving every few years, but eventually called Michigan her home. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Dental Hygiene, Natalie cared for patients in Ohio and Utah. She has called Utah home for the past 4 years. She has a love for dentistry and helping patients along their way to a healthy smile, she also loves interacting with them. The new adventure begins at the front desk, where she still has the opportunity to interact with patients, but gets to keep her hands out of their mouths! Since moving to Utah, Natalie has found a love for snowboarding and her husband Malcolm. She is excited to be part of the Apex team and looks forward to getting to know you, our patients!
